Swetha is a mom, wife, and Indian-American. She practices Meditations, Mudras, Mantras, Pranayama, Yoga, Tantra, Tao, Tapping, & Ayurveda. Her practices are informed by various teachers, books, and her direct experience. She weaves in embodied movement, mindfulness, & neural rewiring in her classes. She uses Phoenix Rising methodology to facilitate one-one therapeutic mentoring during which she supports you to dive deeper into yourself by holding compassionate safe space for your whole self.
She offers group therapeutic yoga classes, meditation sessions and one-one yoga therapy sessions.
Yoga set Swetha on a self-empowerment journey with several transformations: breaking personal and cultural conditioning, modifying dependency to accepting accountability for decisions made and finding a way out of postpartum depression. This has emboldened her to advocate for what aligns with her truth in birthing, breastfeeding, parenting and being a partner. Hence, she feels passionate about empowering her clients by helping them connect to their inner wisdom. Her goal is to support her clients in finding solutions that work for them.
