Connect to your inner wisdom

Yoga bio:

Swetha is an Indian-American mom and wife who embraces a holistic approach to wellness. Her practices include meditation, mudras, mantras, pranayama, yoga, tantra, Tao, tapping, and Ayurveda, all drawn from a rich blend of teachers, books, and personal experience. In her offerings, she integrates embodied movement, mindfulness, reflective dialogues, and neural rewiring to foster deep connection and self-awareness.

She provides group therapeutic yoga classes, meditation sessions, and individual yoga therapy experiences tailored to personal growth and healing. In these one-on-one yoga therapy sessions, Swetha creates a compassionate and safe space for clients to explore their inner selves more deeply.

Mission statement:

Yoga set Swetha on a self-empowerment journey with several transformations: breaking personal and cultural conditioning, modifying dependency to accepting accountability for decisions made and finding a way out of postpartum depression. This has emboldened her to advocate for what aligns with her truth in birthing, breastfeeding, parenting and being a partner. Hence, she feels passionate about empowering her clients by helping them connect to their inner wisdom. Her goal is to support her clients in finding solutions that work for them.
